Harpie

This is the sketch and outline for a project that started as an idea for a “tree of death.”  The idea evolved into a morbid “black dahlia” harpie, based on the sole idea of the “fit” of the tattoo being the prime goal.  This is on an amazing client and friend I’ve known since college.  He is a brave sole who has stuck with me since my first month of tattooing.  He bares the entire gamut of my tattoo career.  Thank you Isaac.
