Pop Spurlock

If you ever meet my Father, he will tell you great pain stories about losing teeth, getting knocked out, falling off of roofs, getting hit by cars, breaking his hands and wrestling bears.  He is always looking for the introduction for the bear wrestling story.  So I painted this Circus Banner about 30 years late for him.  

And more recently to the pain stories, getting tattooed.

I got to shave a couple of bucks of the tattoo I got from Watson Atkinson with a trade for my Brothers Quay inspired tattoo.  Watson is on “gypsy time” his gypsy caravan makes random sudden appearances at our shop, contact him for a tattoo the next time he swings through Savannah here…watson

From client to coworker.

This is session two on our shops newest addition; Dean Denney.  Dean is a great guy and we are super excited to have him in the shop.  He and his wife are in the process of making the move from North Carolina.  If you are looking for some awesome traditional work, swing by and book a day with him.  Mutton chops and supreme metal hair and  a really good attitude. Mighty Boosh, inspired painting.

This was a surprise painting for my friend Emily.  She made me custom clothing for a suprise, and she got a painting.  If you have ever seen the Mighty Boosh you might get this, if not i guess its just a fox.
